Math & Social Studies

Welcome to the 2019-2020 school year

I teach our math and social studies curriculum. Mrs. Holli Taylor teaches our language arts and science curriculum. We work closely together to ensure each individual child's success.

I am originally from Columbus, Ohio. As evidenced in my classroom, I am a HUGE Ohio State Buckeye football fan. I moved to Phoenix in September 1996. I am fortunate to have a niece who lives in Anthem, who keeps me from getting homesick.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Human Services from University of Phoenix and my Post Bachelor Certificate in Elementary Education from Rio Salado Community College. I received my Masters of Education in Curriculum and Instruction: Mathematics (K-14). I have taught elementary school for the last 14+ years. Prior to teaching children, I worked at a local University training faculty members to teach classes online.

It is important to me that each student’s experience is a rewarding one.  I am interested in each and every student and want to furnish an educational experience that provides a safe and positive learning environment.
I hope to be a partner with you this year, to make sure your child is challenged and fully prepared for the academics, social changes, and responsibilities that will be required of them throughout elementary school, middle school, high school, and college.

Please allow me to be a resource to you, and feel free to ask me any questions. I will always be available to you before and after school by phone, letters, email, and individual meetings. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me. E-mail is my preferred method of communication, and I strive to respond to all e-mails within 24 hours on weekdays.

It is an honor and a privilege for me to work with you this year, and I look forward to giving you my best. I can't wait to see the great things your student will do this year!

Sincerely,

Ms. Noto
